Thank you! We're not sure why you're so concerned with who is right but as long as the community can get the correct info that's all we're concerned about. From our perspective, sure there may only be 1 char in 4.1 but either way the next chars after 4.0 (in no particular order) should be 1 Hunt, 2 Elation (1 of them based on a Nih char), 1 Preservation and 1 Erudition (Yes, still, even after your post about SW being changed to Elation, she might be the other elation before but we still think there's an Eru somewhere).
As for the order and what is in what patch, other than a Hunt char and a Lightning char being in 4.1, we'll only find out more info closer to the time.
