[HSR 4.0] 4.0 Overview
This is likely one of our final posts before beta so we just want to post the full overview of everything we know that should be coming in 4.0:

2 - Sparxie and Yaoguang
3 - New Relic Set
4 - Two new 4 star LCs and two more 3 star LCs
5 - Ruan Mei Skin
6 - Sparkle and Blackswan buffs
7 - Sparxie and Yaoguang joining the express

10 - DU Refresh with the 3rd version
11 - Currency Wars update that Hoyo announced
12 - A new dice themed event/mode(?) We know Anon/Mortis mentioned a new mode so this could be that
13 - New Addition(s) to Stellar Convergence - The 5 Star Char Shop (not 100% sure if there'll be any new chars but there's likely a completely new thing)
