Pyro Escoffier, has off-field Pyro application and RES reduction.

When there are 1/2 Hexenzirkel 🌚characters in the party, when party members trigger a Pyro reaction with Durin, reduces the target's RES to the element that reacted with Pyro by 15%/30% for some time.
