If Lunar-Bloom is triggered while a Verdant Dew is being created, the next Verdant Dew will immediately start when this one is finished 4. Each Verdant Dew spawning time is fixed, it cannot be accelerated by faster Lunar-Blooms doesnt really change anything unless you were batting sac frags. At most you just have to N1 with lauma at the start of the rotation
