Some clarification

When someone is truly powerless, it’s often because they just don’t know what to say.

Now, to explain the context — that line from Phainon comes after his companions have all passed away. In his mind, he’s saying goodbye to each of them one by one, like a series of memories flashing before his eyes, a kind of “life review” moment. Then, for some reason, he suddenly remembers Cyrene.

But that final “Cyrene” he sees is actually the Trailblazer.

Why the Trailblazer? That was explained earlier — it has to do with the law of causality and the deception of Lygus.
