2.4 Banner Update
Dialyn banner appears to be 3 weeks long, meaning if 2.4 is a 5 week patch, Banyue banner will only last for 2 weeks.

Updated Unlock Potential Systems
First Unlock Potentials modify a character's kit, granting them new abilities and passives. Currently, Grace, Soldier 11 and Burnice appear to be receiving new First Unlock Potentials.
Characters with additional Unlock Potentials are bought in a sort of "store", exchanging materials for Potentials #2 to 6. These additional Potentials increase strictly numbers such as DMG Multipliers.
Currently, it seems only Ellen and Sanby have Potentials #2 to 6. Unsure on Soldier 11, Burnice and Grace.
It is currently unknown how the materials/currency for this store is obtained but appears to be decently obtainable.
I will be checking further and post another clarification if anything changes.
