I can now confirm that the newly uncovered game Varsapura by MiHoYo is not a brand new standalone title
Actually, Varsapura is a revised and rebranded version of an earlier in-development project known internally as Project Shanghai (PJSH). Originally, PJSH was set in a stylized reconstruction of Shanghai, which was alter changed to Singapore, but with an urban legends and hightech twist, similar to ZZZ's New Eridu city. Many of its early assets, story beats, and worldbuilding concepts have survived through the transition and can still be seen in the Varsapura materials discovered so far. I am excited to reveal several characters from the PJSH roster who are expected to appear, either fully intact or reimagined in the final version of Varsapura.
